In the aftermath of a grievance or conduct investigation it can be difficult to support your team and still lead them to achieve their goals and business outcomes. Managing volunteers, as well as staff, can be challenging given the wide range of backgrounds that people come from, their skill sets and abilities are varied. Whilst a workplace might attract people from a similar education level, or professional interest, volunteers are drawn together simply because they want to help their communities.
